Fat Free Vegan Alfredo Pasta Sauce

What you'll need:
1 x large head of cauliflower 
3 x tbsp nutritional yeast
4 x cloves of garlic 
1/2 cup lemon juice 
1 x tbsp onion powder 
1 x tbsp cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL)

What you'll need to do
1. Boil the head of cauliflower for around ten minutes or until soft.
2. Drain the cauliflower and put in high speed blender or food processor.
3. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour over pasta of your choice. I also highly recommend adding in peas, mushrooms and any other vegetable you might have lying around.
5. Enjoy! The sauce should store for a few days in an air tight consider in the fridge.
